Meet the bartender
My name is Chelsea and I’m the force behind Disco Spirit. I’ve been behind the bar for 5 years, involved with food service for nearly a decade, and culinarily inclined my whole life. I took an interest in craft cocktails when I saw how fresh ingredients and some loving care could transform a drink from subpar to superb.
Since then I’ve been constantly learning, experimenting and building experience to create amazing drinks and provide top notch service.
