Meet the bartender
My name is Chelsea and I’m the force behind Disco Spirit. I’ve been behind the bar for 5 years, involved with food service for nearly a decade, and culinarily inclined my whole life.
I took an interest in craft cocktails when I saw how fresh ingredients and some loving care could transform a drink from subpar to superb. And I fell in love with hospitality through the countless relationships I’ve built and special moments shared.
In my career, I’ve been constantly learning, experimenting, and building experience to create amazing drinks and provide incredible service.
I believe in the power of a good drink and a good party. There is something to be said about sharing warm laughs over cold beverages. I started Disco Spirit to bring more of that magic into the world.
